Two notes about this: it shows that often our mind is lying to us when you think you're giving your all. Athletes who are aware of this can overcome their limits, though it comes with greater cost
ReplyDeleteAlso, not a knock against you as the blogger, but the video "owner": this video was floating around a couple years ago, and this is a re-upload by someone who simply put their own credits at the end. I find this practice very repugnant.
Matt, I quite agree with you re your final point. I do make extensive efforts to backtrack to original sources for most of my posts, but for the YouTube segments it is often difficult (and always tedious) to check the plethora of versions to try to find which was the original.
